In addition to the housing initiatives, the Planning staff provided an update on the efforts to rewrite the Town's Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO). They highlighted ongoing community engagement efforts and a racial equity assessment of the current LUMO. The staff emphasized the importance of the new LUMO in promoting housing development, including support for affordable housing.
